From about the time I could hold a hammer, I have known real estate. My father owned rental property and worked as a real estate agent for nearly 30 years. As a child, most of our "vacations" were to rental properties to prepare a house in transition from tenant to tenant. I learned at a very early age the value of equity in a house and the value of hard work associated with that equity. I am now a Second Generation Real Estate Agent. I have helped friends and clients earn thousands of dollars from the sale of their homes. I run a boutique business, solely on word of mouth referrals from happy clients.
